Red wine vinegar, made from Italian organic grapes of the Sangiovese and Lambrusco varieties and produced in Emilia Romagna.
It contains no other ingredients.
It has a high acidity and is excellent for mixing a vinaigrette and drizzling over both tomato or green salad—Italian style!
